August was the last month to qualify for this year's £10,000 Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the UK Final will take place in London on 9th November.
However, both the £1,000 and £10,000 Awards competitions, which started again on 1st September, are up and running and awaiting your entries.
This means that if someone applies online now, they not only have the chance to win £1,000, but could also be shortlisted for the £10,000 prize in October/November next year.
Until then, entrants have until midnight on the last day of each calendar month to apply online at: www.shell-livewire.org/awards/grand-ideas-awards
Criteria & How to Enter
If you're aged 16-30, based in the UK and need funding to get your new business or project off the ground, Shell LiveWIRE Grand Ideas Awards have up to 5 x £1,000 prizes to give away each month to the most innovative ideas submitted by new businesses (in their first 12 months of trading).
// Read the full criteria judges use to score
// View the whole awards process
// Apply now! (You've got until midnight on the last day of each month to enter the awards).
