Announcing New Sponsors & Partners for this September's SMWLDN: Vitrue & Unique Digital

With only 8 weeks (or two months, as we prefer to think of it) remaining, Social Media Week London is slowly, but surely, creeping up on us.

We're very excited to announce that we have some incredible sponsors and partners on board for the week, and who better to share the news with than you! In this first announcement, we're very happy to introduce and welcome Vitrue and Unique Digital...

Joining us as a City Supporting Sponsor are Vitrue. Their Vice President of Europe, Middle East & Africa, Richard Beattie said:

Social Media Week London 2012 aims to educate people on the true power of what a connected society can accomplish. We are looking forward being heavily involved and engaged in an inspiring week in September.

Social media is continuing to play an ever growing role in businesses, culture and our daily lives, so it’s exciting to be at the forefront of this industry. Social Media Week London 2012 will be a great opportunity for likeminded people within the industry to come together to share knowledge and best practice, and continue to make the most of the opportunities that social media offer.

And as a City Supporting Partner, the lovely Unique Digital. Philip Stelter, Deputy Managing Director of Unique said:

"We're excited to have been chosen to host the London Social Media Week headquarters and collaborate with the great folks at Chinwag. It's a great opportunity to help develop the community in London and share our work and thinking with the world."

We're very grateful to all who get involved, not only does it enable Social Media Week to continue progressing and offering engaging and informative events, but it also helps us to keep the majority of SMWLDN events free and therefore as inclusive as possible.

Keep an eye out more exciting announcements to come, including for this September's Social Media Week London Hubs.
