Description

Social recruiting is fast becoming an essential activity, yet the impact achievable is still unknown to many. Attendees will hear from both social media and recruitment experts about the capabilities and potential of the medium, as well as learn how it has already been successfully deployed. Using case studies to outline social recruiting in practice, this event will provide insight, information and inspiration to those looking to engage with social media channels for recruitment in 2010 and beyond.

Following this event, the same venue will be hosting the Recruitment Tweetup and BraveNewTalent will be sponsoring the drinks. It is recommended that people interested in staying on to socialise with others in the industry register here as well.

BraveNewTalent.com uses social networks to connect talent to employers. Social media is not simply a trend - it is a fundamental evolution in the how people online communicate.

As the social media outreach partner for One Young World (http://www.oneyoungworld.com) BraveNewTalent.com has been actively recruiting young leaders from over 140 countries to attend the inaugural summit in London on February 8th - 12th 2010. See ww.OneYoungWorld.com/BNT for more information.

Using this and current activity on its platform, BraveNewTalent will give attendees a case study on what is possible right now, why it works and how they can incorporate social recruiting into their business.
