On Thursday 10th June there is a Business Plan Workshop at the British Library which is a bit different. Alan Gleeson the Managing Director of Palo Alto and Lawrence Gilbert of Company Partners are talking about the tips and observations of what makes a good business plan, what to include and what not to include. How to shape a plan for ensuring growth and if needed, for attracting Investment.
Included in the workshop is a free copy of Business Plan Pro software for every attendee. Having that allows the basic structure to be quickly set out, allowing time for giving more "added value" advice of years of looking at business plans.
