Description
Who
should attend?
Business leaders from the media, creative and digital sectors
Topics
The fast moving media world presents fantastic opportunities for growth to
those that have the right ideas and expertise. Fast growth, however, comes with
its own set of problems.
The 2010 Business of Media Summit will provide a forum for a selection of the North West’s most exciting and fast growing media businesses to present their vision to a panel of business experts, all carefully selected for having experience of the very specific hurdles faced by ambitious businesses in the media sector.
There will be a keynote address from Philip Coen, chief operating officer of In the City. With wide experiences of trends and opportunities in the media and technology sector, Philip has been the chief executive of venture capital and private equity firms Residential Ventures and Kingsleigh Capital Partners, and the telecommunications firm Intelligent Business Space. He is now developing the music industry event In the City originally set up by Tony Wilson and Yvette Livesey.
The Business of Media Summit will be vital to attend for all business leaders with big plans for their organisation.
