Description

23red are delighted to be hosting a special event looking at how businesses communicate the ‘good’ they are already doing in a way that benefits the business as a whole.

Recent research commissioned by 23red shows that 91% of consumers say how a brand behaves towards customers and communities is an influential factor when making a purchase.  Many companies are already doing good work but communicating it in the right way can make a big difference.

We will be looking at good businesses and the importance your customers place on goodness with an exciting panel of guest speakers including:

Martha Lane Fox - Lastminute.com and Lucky Voice founding partner.

Martha is also the UK Government’s Digital Champion and founder of Race Online 2012 which aims to encourage and support as many people as possible to get online by 2012.

Hamish Pringle - Former Director General of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising.

Hamish has also enjoyed a 26-year career in UK agencies, and is co-author of a number of books including Brand Spirit – How Cause Related Marketing Builds Brands.

Sian Jarvis - Director General of Communications at the Department of Health.

Sian is responsible for providing media advice to Ministers, leading public health marketing campaigns and delivering high-profile communication projects.

Limited places are available by invitation only on 20 September 2011 at House of St Barnabas, Soho Square, London.
