Keen to start your own business and don’t know where to begin? Don’t want your time and money developing a product or service that doesn’t work or nobody wants? We’ll help you learn startup best practice based on real world success stories. This is a hands–on, fast paced workshop which introduces the principles behind lean startup.

You’ll learn how to go from Plan A to a Plan that works.

What you’ll learn:

  • The importance of knowing your audience and their world

  • The value of creating stories and personas

  • How to conduct effective customer interviews

  • How to create a one page business plan

  • Different ways to validate your idea

  • How to define your minimum viable product (MVP)

This session will be run by the founders of Spook Studio – Laurence McCahill (design lead) and Carlos Saba (technical lead).
