Description

MTM is hosting our latest Executive Roundtable event, All to Pay For?, on Tuesday 16th April 2013 from 6pm at One Alfred Place, London, WC1E 7EB.

The event will focus on exploring the future of pay-TV in the UK.  Pay-TV platform growth has slowed to a standstill, with many consumers remaining resistant to pay.  Competition between pay-TV platform operators is set to intensify dramatically, as the battle for broadband heats up in 2013.  At the same time, connected TVs and OTT offerings are slowly gaining traction, putting pressure on prices and creating challenges for existing offerings, with early signs that some subscribers may be cord-cutting or cord-shaving.

We’ll be debating these issues with a panel of leading industry experts, including: Martin Goswami, Head of Pay, ITV; Ian Mecklenburgh, Director, Consumer Platforms, Virgin Media; Ian Moss, Head of Content Acquisition, BT Vision; Holly Knill, Product Development Director, Sky Go; Gary Woolf, SVP of Digital and Business Development, All3Media; and Sarah Simon, Senior Analyst, Media, Berenberg Bank.

Places for this free event are strictly limited and restricted to 80 senior media industry executives.  If you would like to register your interest in attending, please email your details to rsvpatmtmlondon [dot] com.  We’ll confirm places by email after Easter.

Regards,

Jon Watts, Director and Co-Founder, MTM
