From Google Analytics to a MORI poll, there are many free and paid-for ways to monitor progress and performance, throwing up various statistics. But how do you decide which key performance indicators (KPIs) to set and track in the first place?

This hands-on workshop will help you identify the KPIs that work best for you. We will also outline the various evaluation and tracking methodologies so you can deploy your resources effectively.
