On 28th May, Zendesk is hosting The Art of Customer Satisfaction at RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) in London. The conference will explore the fundamental steps to building true relationships with customers and facing the new realities of the customer economy. Through a series of panel discussions and workshops, speakers from leading retail, digital and B2B brands including Home Retail Group, Expedia, Sure Telecom, Dotmailer and Oasis Clothing will share their expertise with 300 customer experience and marketing professionals. These speakers will explore topics such as omnichannel customer service, optimizing customer self-service, the use of social media, business intelligence, measurement and metrics, and getting the most out of your support team.

 

Building strong customer relationships matters more than ever in a world where customers have the power to generate more business – or drive it away – through online channels like Twitter, Facebook and TripAdvisor.
