Our speakers

Mike Hayes is a specialist tax partner, having joined Kingston Smith in January 2011. Mike has over 27 years of experience in advising businesses and their owners across a wide range of taxation issues. He has particular focus on business structures, corporate and property transactions, share schemes and capital gains tax planning for owner/managed businesses.

Richard Heap is a specialist media technology partner providing accounting, audit, tax and general business advice to clients ranging from start ups and SMEs to large and listed businesses. He leads the firm’s North American desk and spends time in the US market, with the purpose of supporting companies move in either direction.

Robert Mollen is a US-qualified corporate partner who has been based in Fried Frank’s London office since 1991. Bob focuses his practice on international corporate and securities matters and legal crisis management. He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings, including matters involving regulated industries such as technology, multimedia, telecommunications and professional services. He regularly advises non-US technology and other companies in connection with their US operations.

Paul Samartin specializes in business and personal immigration to the US. He advises clients ranging from multinational businesses to private individuals and has extensive experience working with US Consulates throughout Europe.
