What: Comcast/NBCUniversal Hackathon

When: November 15-16, 2014

Hack:
To be eligible to win a Prize in the Hackathon, your team must develop a software application or platform that meets the design requirements of at least one of Comcast NBCUniversal’s Business Partner Challenges. Your hack does not need to be fully functional, but must work or play to some understandable degree at the time presented to judges. Access to content and APIs will be provided by our Business and Technology Partners.

Challenges:
Challenges will be released before November 7, 2014 when the developer sandbox will be opened to registered participants.


Prizes:
Cash prize totaling more than $25,000 will be awarded along with unique opportunities to pitch your ideas to media executives and much, much more! Stay tuned!

OPTIONAL CHALLENGES AND PRIZES:
Teams submitting Prototypes that meet the requirements of one Business Partner Challenge may also be eligible to win corresponding Technology Innovation Prizes by certain technology vendors and other companies associated with the Hackathon (the “Optional Challenges”). The judging procedure and prizes for the Optional Challenges, if any, will be announced on the Hackathon Start Date and are subject to change. You acknowledge that Sponsor, Comcast and their affiliated entities have no responsibility for the administration, judging or prize fulfillment of any Optional Challenge.
