After this intensive, hands-on, one-day coding workshop you will have the skill set required to create your own interactive web application from scratch using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
These valuable skills include the design practices for architecting a web application, the programming knowledge for building an application, the development processes for making an application available on multiple devices, and an understanding of the underlying technological infrastructure.
Who you are
You don't need any prior programming experience. This workshop is designed for people who are curious about coding and want to learn what it takes to build a web application. It's recommended but not required that you attend our beginners' workshop on building a game. The workshop is suitable for anyone 14+ years old.
What you will learn
You will build a mobile-ready web application that interacts with your users, collects and analyses data from external data sources, stores processed information in a local database and generates reports for your users.
