Subject: Alignment Problem

I've been having a slight problem to get a Flash movie I've made sit where I
want it to on the screen.

I've got 3 frames - one horizontal across the top, one large 'main page'
underneath and one horizontal bar along the bottom. All 3 contain Flash
movies.

The problem is that I designed it for 800*600, and the boss is complaining
that the movie in the 'main' frame is not in the middle of the screen when
he views it on his 21" monitor. Now I know he's using a different
resolution but he doesn't care about all that. I can get it to centre
horizontally but not horizontally AND vertically (ie bang in the middle of
the screen). As it was designed for 800*600, when I tried using tables to
sort it out I got scroll bars which is what i don't want, nor do I want to
set it to 100% as it looks rubbish at greater resolutions. What I would
like to do is to keep absolute height/width measurements but for the 'main'
movie to be right in the centre of the middle frame no matter which
resolution you're looking at it in.

I've got a horrible feeling that I'm doing something deeply idiotic but I
can't quite see it yet.

Does anyone have any ideas?

thanks in advance
