Bob,

I don't know enough about Flash yet to help with the details of
importing into Flash, but I use both DRAW and Illustrator to create
files to bring into Photoshop for web graphics.

DRAW exports pretty good AI files as long as you convert type to
curves first. (Text seems to suffer the most in Corel-generated AIs.)
Once you've created the AI file, you should be able to bring it into
Flash without much problem.

(In fact this is what sold me on the demo of Flash - AI files
exported from Corel brought into Flash.)
