Take a look at:

In that movie, you'll find three documents (all but "Your Tabs") that

have been done in Flash with scroll arrows. Look at "The Deal" or "The

Merchandise" to see the example. The approach used on those documents

could be adapted to feel more like a scroll bar with finer increments

of movement, but the amount of hand work would be a bit prohibitive if

you're scrolling a lot of content.


I used "pages" to avoid really long scrolls.
