FLASH: Scroll Bar?

Hello,

How can I replicate the function of a scroll bar which should work when

the mouse is held over the up or down arrows?


I tried the action goto next frame and goto previous frame but they work

only for clicks or move 1 frame and stop :(


I am very new to flash any help would be appreciated.
