I missed the opportunity to look at the idea (have you already taken it

down? :) but if it's a good idea and not satire, why don't you write the

company and ask them? I've seen them put out all kinds of derivative games,

or finance other people to do it (I think that's what they were doing)...

the monopoly of your city game and the like. If you've got a good web idea,

I wouldn't be surprised if they were happy to jump on the bandwagon and it

can't hurt because you're just going to scrap the idea otherwise anyway :)
