Not sure it this suits your purpose, but you can have buttons that
users can use to do all those things via JavaScript.
Kinda neat, but probably not exactly what you're looking for...

Probably you should try using the "Edit Multiple Frames" button up on
the top left of the timeline, in combination with "Select All" (CTRL+A
on Windows).
