OT: nested frames + scrollbars

Hi,

I have an html page which is split into two frames.  The lower page/frame is

also split into two frames.  I'd like to be able to scroll both of those

bottom two frames with one scroll bar.  I can't find a way to do it!  Any

ideas?

(This is sortofa Flash problem as I want to keep my Flash movie in its own

frame.  However, I'm trying to cater for people with low screen res.)
