if its in a webpage and you're using IE, goto view/full screen and right
click on the info bar at the top and take off the auto-hide function.

if your using the flash player, its the same view/fullscreen

also on a webpage, make sure your width and height are set to 100% as
opposed to a pixel amt. this way no matter the size of the browser it will
stretch and scale accordingly
