The single second of silence loop is to make visual images appear to have the
same playback speed across different processors, especially between mac and
PC. THe key is to set the sync to stream, therfore flash will drop all the
frames that can't be played in sync to the sound. Be warned this will make
your movie look very choppy on Macs and PC's and you may loose some graphics
all together, depending on the span of frames. If you are using other sounds
there is no need to use the extra songle second of silence, just set the sync
to stream.
