FLASH: Feedback on BMW project?

This is a mock-up I'm working on for a client in Germany. I'm very new to Flash (this is my second site after www.vulkandesigns.com , so any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The only operating links at this time are Service/Kundendienst and the Inspektionsservice subpage. A major concern I have is the time it takes to load the sound, so any feedback or advice there would be particularly helpful. For instance, can I start loading the sound during the intro, and then start the sound playing while it is still loading? How do I load sound without playing it? Another question is whether forwarding through scenes is the way to build a site. I'm just starting to work with movie clips and tell target actions...  Thank you again for taking the time.
