FLASH: FS Opening Files

Got FLASH to open up another file and was wondering two things.

1) Is there a way to have Flash ignore subsequent selections of the link so

it doesn't open up multiple copies (Excel in my case) since there is a lag

2) Excel keeps opening up as a partial screen which is not the way the

program usually opens. Not sure why? Could set a Macro but that would

probably scare some people off of the file. Any ideas?
