I really like what you have so far.  As for the mouse overs, the sound is too 

loud on all of the buttons except for the personal interests button, atleast 

in my opinion.  The personal interest button matches the same volume level as 

the background music, which, by the way is very nice music.  May I ask where 

you got it??  The text may be a bit small also in the experience section.  

(I'm currently running 1024 X 768).  I like the white and orange stars that 

fade in and out.  You may want to make the e-mail button have a 'hit' stage 

because it is hard to click right now.  Good job so far!
