No problems here, but them again I use a Mac for all the serious design
and keep the 2 PCs for platform compatibility checks (lap top and tower).

You set yourself up for that one ;-)

We all don't want to touch on the platform wars issue but you talk about
the amount of support available for PCs vs Macs -- if you did not already
know this it is not to the benefit of the PC that it requires so much
support. Macs have been proven to save money due to their low support
requirement. Couple that with the efficiency to complete tasks and you
are making money right out of the box.

I doubt you will ever find someone with a preference for Wintell after
using a Mac for any serious design work (print or internet) or length of
time. Only speculators such as yourself with a topical and hypothetical
knowledge of the other platform.

But it all comes down to being happy with what you have and equal quality
work can be produced with both tools..... So, its not really an issue
unless you talk about time being money and then ,,,..well, lets not waste
anymore bandwidth on this issue.

Cheers,

Steve Guluk
