mime type

I apologize forthe remedia nature ofthis question, but an hour at MM's site

has proved unproductive. (i'm sure due to poor searching) 


I need to install the mime type for flash and shockwave on a server.  While

I have found a lot of information about the process, I have yet to find a

concrete set of extensions and any needed files.  Any pointer in the right

direction would be greatly appreciated.
