Quite easy three different ways:


Copy frame and then paste frame

         or

Create Keyframe (for following frame)

        or 

Select object, copy & paste in place.


Then break apart, the Image or Symbols in Frame 1 from the Movie Clip

will be left instead of the whole Movie Clip.
