You might want to tell the person who created that chart that they
should either put the characters and codes both in bold, use a
monospaced font, or put each entry in a separate row (maybe with
border=1 for clarity), since otherwise the entries don't line up. They
get progressively more "off" as you go down the list -- eg, it looks
like the code for "0" is %31, when it is really %30, because of the
spacing problem, and things are way off by the end. Useful list
otherwise!
