No, you can NOT do this, there is no offset for Load Movie.

Solution:
Create the second Movie also at 100x100 and center it in the Movie. It
will cost 2 more bytes to save 100 instead of 10 twice to record the
Movie size. Center your 10x10 Movie in the 100x100 stage and the rest
will be transparent.
