The upload that Branden hall put up (swing.FLA[.zip]) is not corrupted, I
just took another copy down, and it was fine, save that I had to first
change creator codes before I opened it.
I suggest you d/l a new copy, and unzip it with either Stuffit Expander
version 5.1.3 (free) or MacZip FAT 1.x (free). (check your current
versions, update if required).
If, after unstuffing with either of those two products, and first
accessing creator and type codes, and then opening the file from within
Flash (Command-O) doesn't get it, then you have some of your own internal
disk and Directory errors, most likely all of which could be cured with
Disk First Aid v 8.5.2 or 8.5.5, and then a *deletion* of the Desktop
DB/DF files via Trash*Desktop1.2.1.
