FLASH: Scene names / Snowflakes

Hello All,


    These are two different questions. Any help would be appreciated.


1. How does one make snowflakes in Flash (i.e. rayoflight.net)? Can it be done without an airbrush tool? Or do you need another graphics program (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc..) and import it?


2. Can you change the name of a Scene and/or change the order of it on the Scene list? I swore I saw this before on a tutorial, but can't seem to figure it out.
