you might have set your movie to "Loop Playback" under the control
settings, so just untick this if you have.
If you haven't , just include a stop action at the end of your movie. ...
create a keyframe at the end of your movie on an empty layer ad includethe
stop.

You have to put the action on the instance of the button, not inside the
button symbol. So just double click on the button inside the movie, and
inside the pop up box, under the actions tab click on + and add an on mouse
event... set it to release, then add a go to action and set it to go to the
frame you want, and remember to click on the go to and play tickbox at the
bottom!:)
