Not that this is really a marketing issue, but this ipswitch imail

server product and MS Exchange server can probably be considered 

overkill for what you're trying to do.


If the server is NT, the shareware command line program bgfax and a

little bit of perl (or asp) can do the job quite nicely. If this is what
