UKNM: Question - free/unlimited Internet Access

I am undertaking an assessment of  the development of free/unlimited

Internet access in the UK.  As well as an analysis of the offers available

or about to become available (including their relative merits and strings

attached) I intend to highlight the implications to web site owners.


I would appreciate any information, experiences or comments and  once

completed I will make the findings available.
