Same thing with Free4All a few weeks ago. They started up RedHotAnt.com,
a free call ISP, who charge �30 setup and �20 A YEAR for all-day free
call access (�10 a year if you want weekends and evenings only).

I signed up early and was dissapointed with the speed of the connection.
They seem to have sorted it all out now and it runs pretty well. Only
gripe is that there are the inevitable engaged tones, but I'm usually
connected pretty quickly and the line doesn't (or hasn't yet!) dropped
on me.

Also, support is pretty much non-existent. But then, experienced users
shouldn't really find this a problem.
