You could try looking at http://www.epo.com/:

"EPO.com is a leading European online issuing house specialising in
Electronic Public Offerings (EPOs) - Initial Public Offerings over the
Internet. EPO.com is regulated by the Securities and Futures Authority for
the conduct of investment business in the UK.

EPO.com gives private investors a unique access to free information about
upcoming IPOs and the ability to subscribe for shares online, using EPO.com'
s simple and secure online transaction service. To be able to suscribe for
shares online you have to register as an EPO.com customer. The registration
is fast and simple and you only have to register once. EPO.com also
publishes a weekly, free newsletter, the EPO Bulletin, to provide investors
with information about the venture capital industry and upcoming IPOs .

For investment banks and companies coming to market, EPO.com offers access
to the growing number of private investors seeking to invest in IPOs. An
Electronic Public Offering is a new business concept that means that the
entire process of the IPO is carried out online - from publication of a
prospectus to the distribution of shares. This is a more flexible,
cost-efficient and transparent way to handle the IPO process, compared to
the traditional way."

Does anyone have any info or knowledge of companies that have used the web
as the main vehicle of promoting/ managing their floatation. We are talking
both dotcoms and traditional, for share offers etc.

Thanks
