I can't point you in the direction of where but having been involved in a 

project that required email we had a poor response despite being highly 

targeted in the IT industry. The qulaity was poor and we had a lot of 

negative feedback from some recipients who were not aware that their names 

were in circulation


We also found that many of the email lists were being held back by list 

owners due to them not having permission from the names e.g. magazine 

subscribers and they were quickly out of date.


So be aware it can be a bit of a minefield.
