And worldcom, free.net, x-stream, C&W, BT all coming up. It's all the rage.
And I'd check that the Virgin one isn't just the citibank deal, because
that is free for citibank users. I don't know about virgin here, but the
guys who are claiming to offer 'free' are actually moving the pricing model
so as to make the ISP charge invisible and charging per minute via the
telco.

Which means its a pay as you use model, where the ISP skims off revenue
from the agreement to pay for the circuit and the network tail. It's a
perfectly valid, if untried, idea.

And then there'll be click, using BT's new ability to ofer IP to the home,
but let's not get into that right now.....what we really should be talking
about is gazza. Just because he likes a drink or ten...it's a
disgrace...etc
