But not if you are testing the security of the system as a whole and where
adding additional security features would rather spoil the results. Granted,
I could do it on a system that is not on the internet but that's not a real
life case model and I was always taught to operate on the basis of real life
scenarios (reminisces about the mid 80's when I did computer security
auditing for Lloyd's and others).

Also, I don't care if people look at the front of the site (I'd rather
people waited but as none of the neat stuff is there it doesn't really
matter).

Now if this was for a client who was more concerned for privacy rather than
security the method would be different but in the case of Baby Hippo,
knowledge of what I'm doing is not important, assurance that all the
information in the system is totally secure is.
