IMO Autonomy is very much a B2B product. We had the service on Virgin Net at
the
start of 1997 and as a consumer agent service it did not really work out
well. I
expect that you need a lot of "training" of the agent / a lot of text for
the
software to work effectively. I have not tried their Kanjin product though
...
(boldly advertiseds as "RIP Yahoo").
