UKNM: Globally redeemable prizes

Say you want to hold a prize draw for a global subscriber base of web users.

You could offer a cash prize in a universally known currency - say US

dollars - then arrange to send a cheque to the winner in a currency of their

choice. A hassle.


Or you could offer beenz, which are theoretically redeemable globally, at a

wide range of e-tail sites. But buying a thousand dollar's worth of spending

power from Beenz would cost me TWO thousand dollars. Not attractive.


Any other ideas?
