Sensible says that they jumped the gun to beat the Mirror's announcement of
a similar service. Sensible also says that they couldn't cope with the
demand and need some way of limiting the spread of distribution.
Cynical says that they're not really arsed, are jumping on the band wagon
and are not prepared enough to go live yet. (the web site doesn't exactly
say a lot)
