>> Hi Martin -

I'm not so sure if that would catch on - When I go to the supermarket I tend
to end up with 4 or 5 bags of goods (minimum) and I couldn't image dragging
that lot back home on the Tube in rush hour... Sort of defeats the object of
the service being a home delivery.... <<

More reasons not to live in London? Think of this as one for the business
parks in the regions. (often quite close to out of town supermarkets) Just
imagine leaving the office, grabbing your nice, boxed or bagged shopping and
popping it in the back of your car. No arranging to be in, no missed
delivery charges (peapod was chargin $50? if you failed to meet their
delivery guy) and no worrying if your Bearbox has been lifted by some dodgy
geezers with a forklift.

There must be a couple thousand people on the business park where I am. Five
minutes from Tescos and none of them interested in shopping...

btw : Bearbaiting - deliberatly trapping your bearbox in the hope of snaring
criminals?

Regards

Martin
