I use this technique for my personal pages, but use Word7 to draft and
WebEdit to knock it down (this lets me preview the page easily as I make
changes).

If you really want to go all the way, you can also use HTML Shrinker 1.05,
which - after the page is finished - trims the fat for you (end of lines,
tabs etc.).
