It all goes to prove the old saying... "there's no such thing as a free
lunch!"

Also I'd point out that they're obviously targetting "Dixons" customers, i.e
the same "knowledgable" people who buy Matsui tv's & videos, and Saisho
hi-fi's. Or in other words, customers who have never used the internet, and
don't know anything about the internet, and are exactly the suckers who are
likely to ring a helpline at �1 a minute. I'm surprised they didn't call
the new service: "MatsuiServe".

Nice one Dixons - lock people into *your* service in-store while buying
*your* PCs while taking a hefty wedge from Energis for doing so. No one
notices the �1 per minute until their phone bill comes in a couple of months
later by which time it's too late. Did I hear some cynic say "that's the
average life of their products anyway?" ......no must be the wind blowing!
