UKNM: online meeting rooms

Hi Everyone,


I'm looking for an online virtual meeting room.  I need to be able to

implement it quickly so I'd be more interested in a service provider vs. an

off the shelf package, but I'm looking at both.


I'd need to be able to allow publishers to post material (files, email and

notifications) and provide some level of security.  Initially, we'd post

about 2GB of info...and counting.


If you have used any services and/or packages and can think of any options,

I'd be very grateful.
