I fail to see the relevance: My views are not representative of the company
I work for. They're just my own.

Or do I have to start including a legal disclaimer/writing from a Hotmail
account now?

Surely people are less likely to post to lists such as this if their remarks
are taken as press-releases.

No. I've (happily) never had anyhting to do with a banner advertising
production or development in my current job. Although I do have experience
with the (lack of) results from banner advertising elsewhere.

Must we start slagging off each others employers, or are you able to offer a
rational counter-argument instead?

Please convince me...
C.
