Well I use up to three computers in different locations and I just filter

the mails to a folder named Flash. The three clients I use ATM are Netscape

Messenger Outlook Express (The one I'm using now) and Eudora light.


    Generally the filter options are under the tools or options bar, outlook

express calls them (rather bizarrely) the "Inbox assistant"


    Whenever I need to know something I just run a search through the flash

folder with a few keywords and I'll normally come up with something useful..


    If you really don't have the time to actively participate in the list,

this seems to be the best method for dealing with the volume of mail..
