Thursday 8th March
UKTI Mission Networking Reception
Time: 7pm onwards
Venue: Moonshine Grill, 303 Red River Street, Austin, TX 78701
The first taste of Texas for Mission companies - An informal gathering in Austin for a quick drink and catch-up with Mission companies, UKTI and chinwag staff, before heading to bed, tackling jetlag and getting ready for the busy week ahead.
Friday 9th March
Digital Masterclass
Time: 9am - 2.30pm
Venue: Palm Door, 401 Sabine St, Austin, TX 78701
A half-day of briefings and panels for UK Mission companies. Topics include how to legally set up a business in the US, advice from British companies who have successfully landed in the US, how to tap into US funding sources and how to make the most out of the SXSWi conference.
Saturday 10th March
No official UKTI Mission events - time for attending conference sessions and/or arranging meetings.

No official UKTI Mission events - time for attending conference sessions and/or arranging meetings.
Monday 12th March
Digital Mission Breakfast Business Roundtables
Time: 9am - 11am
Venue: Parkside Restaurant, 301 East 6th Street, Austin, TX 78701
A series of roundtables specifically for the UKTI Mission companies. Representatives from large US firms will discuss their companies, how to get into the company's "ecosystem" and what they're looking for in partner companies.
Exhibition for Creative Industries Trade Show
Time: 11am - 6pm
Venue: Austin Convention Center
UKTI/Chinwag will have a stand set up on the trade show floor with promotional materials. There will be opportunities to network with British companies at SXSWi as well as to answer questions from visitors to the trade show.
Tuesday 13th March
Great British Breakfast
Time: 10am - 12pm
Venue: Cedar Street Courtyard, 208 West 4th Street, Austin, TX 78701
UK Trade & Investment and Chinwag host a networking event with the best and brightest from the UK digital media industry along with US investors and international media. A quintessential full British breakfast will be served.
